Refunds & Returns

We want every skater leaving SkateTech happier than they arrived. If something we did isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — re-sharpen, re-profile, or refund as appropriate.

Sharpening & service work

If you're not satisfied with a sharpening, profiling, or repair, email our contact form within 14 days. We'll either redo the work at no charge or issue a refund, depending on what fits the situation.

New gear (accessories, blades, apparel)

Unused, uninstalled gear in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the item price. Customer pays return shipping. Email us first so we can match your return to your order.

Customized items

Custom-profiled blades, team-store apparel, and any product with personalization (player number, name, decal kit) cannot be returned once production has started. We can correct manufacturing or sharpening defects on these items — please reach out.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with the carrier and replace or refund as needed.
