These Terms govern your use of skatetechsharpening.com and any service ordered through it. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

SkateTech Sharpening is operated from 204 Scott Troy Rd., Suite C, O'Fallon, IL 62269. Contact: our contact form.

Orders & payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and any selected third-party gateway.

Service work

You are responsible for sending gear to our facility, in good packaging, with a copy of your order confirmation. We perform the work described in the order at the parameters you select (hollow, profile, options) and ship the gear back via the option you chose at checkout. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to gear we receive.

Custom & team-store items

Items with personalization or custom specifications are made-to-order. Once production has started they cannot be cancelled or returned except for our defect. Lead times shown on each product page are good-faith estimates and may extend during peak season (June–November).

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
