Shipping Policy

SkateTech Sharpening is a mail-in service. You ship your skates, blades, or gear to our shop in O'Fallon, Illinois, and we ship the finished work back to you.

Sending us your gear

You are responsible for shipping your items to us. We recommend a tracked carrier (USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx Ground) and that you insure the package for the value of your gear.

Please print and include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package. This is the fastest way for us to match your items to your order and turn the work around quickly.

Our return shipping

The shipping option you select at checkout covers our return shipment to you. We pack carefully and ship within our normal turnaround once the work is complete.

Turnaround time

Most sharpening and accessory orders ship within 2–3 business days of receipt. Profiling, eyelet/rivet work, and team-store orders take longer — see each product page for current lead times.
